Excellent building, good owner
Pros
Well maintained renovated apartments, close to transportation, restaurants, other local amenities. Good respectful neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Owner supportive of long term tenants.
Cons
Rent is average for this neighborhood (which means high, lol). There are similar places for slightly less (a few hundred) in the neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Work with your good tenants during the pandemic. A temporary slight break in rent goes a long way to building loyalty during these painful times.
