Kind owner, friendly neighbors
Pros
It's clean, our neighbors are all friendly, and the owner is SO kind! He's been so amazing throughout the pandemic bringing in cleaning crews to sanitize the hallways. Always responds immediately when you text him that anything needs repair. Amazing location near the park but also close to the train. Quiet neighborhood. By far the best apartment I've lived in on the decade I've lived in NYC

I am only leaving because I'm headed to grad school or I'd stay here.
