Greatest Landlords Ever

Pros

The landlords are the nicest people in the world. I only moved out because I got engaged and the studio apartment I was renting wasn’t enough space for the two of us. The space itself perfectly fit my needs when I moved in as a single guy living on my own in Astoria. The location was great and I can not stress how awesome the landlords are. Such nice people.

Cons

The appliances in the bathroom were old but when I moved out they were planning on fully remodeling it. It is under the Hells Gate Bridge so I imagine the train might be a bit loud if you’re on the top floor but my studio was a half basement so I didnt really hear it. It also only goes by a couple times a day.

You guys are awesome people and made living there such a pleasure. Thank you for an amazing living experience.
