mice problem was gross
Pros
- two bedroom that we converted to a three bedroom. pretty spacious
Cons
- disgusting mice problem. we went through ourselves and tried to find every hole that they could be coming through. the landlord did not help. we did it all on our own. - we were in charge of garbage. most landlords pay someone to come sort and put out the garbage but not this landlord. also made us pay for tickets from sanitation when the garbage was not properly put out
Advice to the owners
fix the mice problem & hire someone to do the trash. i’m pretty sure the house was paid off a long time ago so the landlord was just collecting rent money but not putting any of it back into the house
