-Unit didn't come with a fridge, which seems like a basic appliance to have in an apartment like a stove. -No virtual doorman. Have to physically go downstairs to get your guest.
- Add more washers and dryers to the laundry room - Add virtual doorman so guests can be allowed in remotely like basically every NYC apartment
