NO HEAT , RATS & ROACHES BEWARE

The owners mother lives downstairs and she will watch your every move. You won’t be able to leave the door downstairs open for two minutes to bring groceries in. Something lives in the drop ceiling on the second floor , you hear It at night & throughout the day. Rats and roaches in the kitchen from old pipes , doesn’t matter how clean you keep the place. NO HEAT in the bedroom only a little in the living room and only half the bars heat up. Water leaks in the first floor and basement and they’ll have to turn your water off. Old house so the power goes out. The landlord will not fumigate or fix a thing , VERY CHEAP
Advice to the owners
You know the way you maintain this house is horrendous and unfair to paying tenants !
