Overall It’s “Okay”
Pros
Close walk to Bell Boulevard/train/major highways/airports. The neighborhood itself is typically quiet except for when landlord and family make noise and planes fly above. Outside landscape is well taken care of.
Cons
Landlord lives directly behind the building and is the loudest house on the block (plays obnoxious loud music for hours). You are able to hear neighbors on other floor as if they are in the same room. Building is older so heat and water bill are expensive compared to newer buildings. Lots of mosquitoes in the back area during summer. Commuters/random people frequently pass in front of house on the way to Bell Boulevard (packages have gotten stolen). Nosey neighbors. Street parking is difficult.
