CLose to transportation, clean, garbage disposal, close to markets,
Rent too high, neighbors upstairs makes noise everyday between 1am to 4am, nosy neighbor, landlord comes over whenever he feels like without notifying you, basement is rented illegally sometimes and light bill goes up high when is used by basement and no compensation for that. Heat hardly runs in the back room.
