Worst landlord to deal with

Cons
Infested with mice, heat is barely on during the winter, landlord likes to overcharged tenants, floors are old, house sometimes have bad smell coming from the basement. Just becareful when working with this landlord
Advice to the owners
Maintain your house better, it's very important that your tenants feel safe and comfortable wherever they live at. People pay lot's of money to move, and would like to get their money worth.
