Great building a gem in Saint Albans!
Pros
This is the only building on the block. All of the others are mixed-use or commercial. I like it because its less traffic in the building.
Cons
The only con are the stairs. It makes it hard to come up and down with a shopping cart or bags. It is an old building, but it is very nice and clean.
Advice to the owners
I would tell the owners that they should create more closet space in the living rooms. The apartments have closets but there are none in the open areas. Other than that the owners are great! They always are there to talk to and go out there way to make your living comfortable,
