Landlord too invasive

Nice quiet, neighborhood, discreet location, flexible leasing options for temporary stay

Cons

Landlord intrusive, she’s constantly calling me and claiming everything is an emergency so she can gain access to your space. I had to put in cameras so I can see what she was doing when I wasn’t home because she’s able to access my apartment from inside. She also put cameras in front of my door and “required” that I introduce every guest I invite over. The whole situation felt more like a roommate situation opposed to renting an apartment.

Advice to the owners

Do not rent under the impression that this is an apartment and then treat your tenant as if you’re giving them a place to stay as a favor.
