It’s a house so no in-building neighbors! Brand new appliances/renovation that work and look great as of 2023. The rent is extremely reasonable. Landlords are very responsive and nice.
More outdoor bugs than usual (rolly pollies, ants, centipedes) because it’s on the ground. Have to take care of your own garbage and recycling. The neighbors are nosy. Not the most insulated.
None! They’re doing great.
