Great waterfront building
Pros
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great layouts and very good finishes
Cons
Sometimes there is elevator traffic due to an elevator being out of service, and just because of the sheer size of the building. It mostly happens during rush hour. Some neighbors are not clean and clutter the hallways, leaving garbage bags and other items outside their doors, sometimes storing items outside.

Enforce hallway cleanlinliness compliance from residents
