Nice place to live in LIC

Pros

very responsive management, great doormen, overall great vibe. Great connectivity to subways as well.

Cons

- very hard to keep rooms warm - room square footage difference can be bad

Descent Place to live

Pros

Front desk workers are awesome. Very close to the subway. Units are nice.

Cons

Monthly amenity fee AND cost to use amenities for 6 or more people. Outside spaces has a lot of loud noise because of the building next door. The AC units are very loud. When moving in the unit was not in good condition, and the building thought this was acceptable to rent out to another tenant.
