Overall Pretty Good Spot

Pros

Regularly cleaned stairways and outdoor areas. Lots of trees and plants around. Generally not too loud in the area. Pets allowed.

Cons

Can be loud on landscaping days if working from home. Management company and maintenance are not easy to get in touch, and have been generally unresponsive unless tenant is insistent and persistent. Parking is expensive or difficult.

Advice to the owners

It would be helpful to have more direct and efficient communication lines between tenants and maintenance.
