Stay far Away
Pros
It was recently renovated after a fire, all brand new appliances, spacious kitchen and living room
Cons
It turn out it is an illegal rooming house, the landlord agents the first one was an unclean and alcoholic, the current agent is a sociopath, trying to break into rooms and vandalizing locks, dirty dishes on the sink all the time. Landlord keep several feral cats up in the attic under horrific conditions, in complete filth.
Advice to the owners
Owner should be more hands on and treat his tenants better specially the ones the are trying to do minor maintenance and cleaning duties.
