Beautiful and spacious home but needs remodeling.
Current owners purchased the home in effort to evict their own family members. Legal battles ensues. Tenants paid for appliances, new paint job, door knobs, sewer tank and other necessities. Leaks and mold found around home, mainly in basement.
Don’t purchase a home you can’t afford to keep in livable conditions.
