Incredible roof has the amenities

Cons

the ceiling leaks when it rains. Do NOT live on the 6th floor. Management is rude but the super is great

Pros

The management company is awful. Do not sign a lease with them. Look up reviews of Lalezarian - don't make the same mistake I did.

Cons

Everything - they don't respect tenants' rights and are willing to break the law because they think there are no consequences for them.

Advice to the owners

Stop managing buildings. You are the worst.
