Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback on buildings managed by Shmuel Finkelstein reveals a mixed experience. While some properties offer friendly neighbors, decent heating, and good garbage management, others suffer from cleanliness issues, unreliable heat, pest infestations, and maintenance delays. Several tenants report poor owner responsiveness and unresolved building repairs, impacting their overall satisfaction. Noise levels vary, with some locations affected by nearby traffic or stadium noise. Concerns about discrimination and health hazards have also been raised. Prospective renters should expect variable management quality, with some buildings well-run and others needing significant improvement in upkeep and communication.
