Not so responsive, but biggest problems didn't happen to us
Pros
It's clean and quiet and the neighbors are great
Cons
Pest problem, water gets dangerously hot and burns within 10 seconds

we lose heat for days at a time in the winter simply because they don't maintain the boiler; we went without cooking gas for SIX MONTHS in 2022 (it was horrible); roaches; the trash area is always too full which attracts rats; management is impossibly cagey and unresponsive; crazy 22% (!!!!!!!) rent increase after the first year despite all of this (we negotiated a small concession because of the whole NO GAS situation). they are charging insane rents for the size of these units................
Advice to the owners
consider giving one single shit about the fact that your tenants are people <3
