Nice starter home

Good neighbors. Pretty decent parking. Felt safe

Walls were thin. Landlord wasn’t as responsive.

Mediocre for the amount of money

They invest in their gardening
Cons
-so so many roaches - old amenities which if you’re an old tenant they do not care if your apartment is falling apart - floors always dirty - broken entrance door
Advice to the owners
Cost of living went up for everyone, but if you’d like tenants to stay and actually pay please consider exterminating. Also, everything in the building is so dirty.
