No Heat All Winter

The neighbors were cool.
Cons
Landlord unresponsive, bar across the street super noisy, store underneath super noisy, no heat all winter.
Advice to the owners
Respond. To literally anything.

This Building Cries When It Rains
Pros
Ok starter apartments. Respectful super when he is around.
Cons
Management is slow to respond to issues. I mean slow. Windows in the building leak when it rains. The stairwell has water damage. Top floor friends had ceiling damage and dripping water. Super is just a management hired contractor living in the building so he doesn't fix things even though he wants to.
Advice to the owners
Fix things!
