A good place to stay
Pros
The building maintenance team always quickly responds to our requests and gets things done. Hot water and heat are sufficient. Overall, it is a nice apartment.
Cons
Cockroaches can be found in the corridor.

Great value, good area, quiet neighbors, clean laundry
Pros
Great location, easy access to trader joes, restaurants. Has a vibrant vibe just around the corner. Maintenance was always very responsive. They even hid away my packages when I was out of town, without asking. The place is well maintained.
Cons
Only cons are the darkness from the close buildings, which is common in Manhattan, and the small footprint of the living area / kitchen area.
