Great Super, Loud Block
Pros
A responsive super and a generally hassle-free building
Cons
The block itself is loud - lots of overnight idling trucks doing restaurant deliveries really disrupted by sleep.
Advice to the owners
better insulated windows (for both sound and temperature)

The super is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can reach him and other times he won’t respond.
