Overall positive experience
Pros
Extremely clean building- very safe- and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.
Cons
Walk-up building isn't always the easiest to navigate, garbage room outside and underneath the building, difficult co-op board politics.
Advice to the owners
Better outreach to tenants.

Clean your act up we need younger people to run this building that’s has more experience with maintenance
