Great building with amazing location
Pros
Amazing location close to LES, Nolita, SoHo, and East Village Well maintained
Cons
Noisy if your unit looks out on Houston

Solid building management, good views but loud
Pros
Supers are very fast and get job done, and very friendly.
Cons
Living on the Houston side, noise is noticeable even at 10th floor
Advice to the owners
All around fine job, could update gym
