Cozy apartment with good amenities
Pros
The building has a great public rooftop and backyard. It also has a decent gym in the basement and laundry in the building.
Cons
The shared spaces in the building were messy.

Could Be Better
Pros
Great appliances, beautiful building in general, cute outdoor area in back, pet friendly, super close to L and M lines
Cons
Management was slow to respond to our bedroom ceiling crumbling, shower wall shattering, and the entire basement flooding (albeit the flood wasn’t their fault). Also there’s only one washer and one dryer for the entire building.
Advice to the owners
Maybe invest in more washer/dryers?
