Great building experience!
Pros
-Close to Columbia, between Broadway and Amsterdam, near lots of shops and transportation -Great amount of space, bedroom size, and living/kitchen facilities -Feels safe (locked front door)
Cons
Found one (DEAD) cockroach, fruit flies accumulate quickly.
Advice to the owners
Would recommend the building and location!
