Holy mice problems!
Pros
Quiet overall building. Only studios do fighting over the washer dryer is minimal.
Cons
Major mice infestation for over a year. Nice have even eaten the screen on my windows, twice!

Nice apartments and building, rude management
Pros
This is a nice building that’s well kept, and the super is great.
Cons
Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve never been spoken to more rudely in my life than when I’ve spoken to them.

Treat your tenants like human beings.
