Nice but expensive
Pros
Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Overall infrastructure very good.
Cons
Very expensive for a small sized apartment. Water pressure is super bad and the renovation was clearly done in a cheap manner.

Good building, not sound proof

Building is kept very clean. Staff is friendly and responsive
Cons
There is zero soundproofing, can hear everything going on in your neighbours’ apartment
