Solid place, responsive management
Pros
Well kept, regularly maintained, very secure
Cons
can be slightly noisy at night if your unit/room is facing Lex Ave.
Advice to the owners
Just keep maintaining communications like you're doing already!

Not the best
Pros
It’s a really nice pre war building, has an elevator, and is steps from the A train.
Cons
Dryer and dishwasher break regularly and take weeks to repair. Mice and roaches all throughout the units.
