Terrible Management and Landlord
Pros
Good location, close to L, J, M, Z and G trains.
Cons
Building is not in good condition and management is negligent with repairs. They take forever to address repair issues and will only do so if you call 311.
Advice to the owners
Don't threaten tenants who call 311 over your failure to properly maintain your buildings.
