View is great but major inconviences
Pros
The view is spectacular! Lots of sunlight
Cons
There is really no fan in the bathroom so when you take a hot shower it feels like your suffocating. I started to leve the bathroom door wise open when taking a shower just to breath properly. Cleaners only come once every two weeks (when the standered is once a week) They also only provide a tiny trash can under the kitchen sink that is somehow supposed to last an entire 2 weeks

I would recommend this building
Pros
Super and owner were always very responsive. Garbage area was kept clean as well as the inside of the building.
Cons
Only 2 washers/dryers. Did have mice at one point.
