Advice to the owners
Create better communication between land lords and tenants. Update security/mailbox systems, as well as better sound insulation between units. And add washer/dryers to basement floor.

Cons
Roaches constantly!!! Elevator is sketchy and will break down with you in it at times. Lobby is always hot and smells like garbage. Walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors conversations. You pay for your own heat as it is electric heat. Rent is extremely overpriced for a very poor quality poorly managed building. Live somewhere else you will be guaranteed to find a better deal. I moved out and it was the best decision I’ve made.
