Quiet, a bit of street noise
Pros
I lived here until 2015. - Great to have storage space above the bedroom closet and above the bathroom. - Pretty clean and kept in decent shape. - Super was responsive. - Great having in-building laundry.
Cons
The owner sold to new owners right before I left, and they were difficult to get a hold of. I don’t know if it’s changed since then.
Great building, a few quirks
Pros
Beautiful building and great neighborhood and neighbors. Very helpful super, clean common space, very nice washer and dryer. Beautiful apartment overall say for the normal NYC quirks you would find anywhere.
Cons
6 floor walk up is a beast, not your typical walk up because the ceilings are TALL (pro and con), they stopped spraying for bugs each month a few months ago and they haven’t come back which is weird
Advice to the owners
Start spraying again? Great building otherwise
