Amazing clean outstanding
Pros
Great place good location. Right Next to the J train. If you’re a light sleeper then it isn’t for you.
Cons
I feel like the lobby should be updated a little bit. I would love to see it remodeled

 Beautiful building
Pros
Nice building, landlord maintains building regularly and he cares about his tenants. During covid he was lenient with the rent and didn’t charge a late fee.train is right across the street

Nothing because the landlord keeps the apartment nice!
