Clean and Nice Neighbors But Slow to Respond
Pros
- Generally a clean building - No pests whatsoever
Cons
- Poor water pressure - Very slow to respond to issues - Very noisy and thin walls - Noise from restaurant below
Advice to the owners
Respond more quickly to urgent requests!

Wonderful apartment, can’t say much else :)
Cons
Horrendous cockroach and rodent problem Rude and unresponsive management We live above a restaurant that we were told was quiet - there are nonstop late night events Laundry machine never works
