plenty of pests

Pros

The apartments are spacious, have good light, and the top floor apartments have roof decks.

Cons

My apartment was riddled with pests. Not only did we have an extensive spider mite situation (which eventually, the owner handled), but the apartment had endless cockroaches and a few mice.
