Decently spacious and cheap enough
Cons
A few unstable neighbors, ant problems, rats in the trash, mold, nearby buildings host loud parties, unresponsive landlord.
Advice to the owners
Try to attend to tenant issues when they’re brought up, instead of ignoring them.

Not the best, Not the worst
Pros
Huge bedrooms - lots of space; very close to the subway
Cons
Building was not clean; issues with roaches; not responsive landlord (the front door was broken for 6 months); very thin walls between floors.
