Good amount of space Rent stabilized No rodents Super is very responsive
Cons
Gym is never clean Construction on second floor Sometimes management doesn’t follow through

Clean the gym!! Do better background checks on neighbors or hold them accountable

Illegal Cellar Units
Pros
Quiet, & close to transport.
Cons
Illegal cellar spaces flood in heavy rains, landlord is committing several kinds of fraud, landlord does not keep their word.
Advice to the owners
Stop building illegal units. Don't commit fraud by leaving them out of tax declarations and exemptions.
