Pros

Elevator building You control your own heat and air conditioning Apartments are spacious Neighbors are super nice and quiet

Cons

Super steals your packages - get mail delivered elsewhere. Roaches everywhere in the common area - I had to get my own pest control service

Middling quality of materials: flooring, sinks & bath, etc. Lack of renter security for building: no camera for buzzer
