Solid building in a busy area
Pros
Very clean, most neighbors have been here awhile and are very nice. Landlord is responsive and generally helpful. Super lives next door and is great.
Cons
Noise levels can be difficult, as it is a busy area.

Great super, responsive landlord
Pros
Landlord responds within a day Fios within the building Beautiful shared roof deck with skyline views 5 min walk to L, many restaurants/bars/clubs around Exposed brick across entire apartment Super is very friendly and helpful Large windows
Cons
Moderate ceiling leaks Rent higher than average Neighborhood gentrifying
Advice to the owners
Can’t really complain, owner is super responsive and fixes issues faster than most landlords
