Non-Trad Undergrad Housing
Pros
Awesome building with a great super (George). Building belongs to Columbia and is used for non-trad (older) undergrads and international students. No utilities complaints in the few years I was there.
Cons
No much to dislike. Heat could be wonky at the beginning of winter.
