Great basic building

Pros

Great supers, very responsive. Very nice neighbors - lots of people have lived there for years. The building is in a great location.

Cons

It’s a walkup & no laundry. 4th of July is pretty terrible if you are a light sleeper.

Great Building

Pros

The on-site super is responsive and always helpful. Neighbors are all friendly - you definitely feel like you’re in a community. Building is kept clean and is quiet.

Cons

This is out of anyone’s control but the noise from the street can be excessive. There are always lots of loud cars and loud music playing.
