Loved the location
Cons
Bathroom ceiling collapsed, landlord refused to send anyone to repair it. Also the building has bed bugs.

Nice old building
Pros
Location is great. Space is very economical in apartment. Doesn't get too cold
Cons
Sweltering heat in the summertime, but thats pre-war buildings for you. Can take a little too long to get fixes done
