Cleanliness, old super was great, new super does not clean as often

Affordable rent is the only plus
Cons
Poor repairs. The super cannot fix anything. In fact, he’s made some maintenance issues worse. Now I pay for the super in a friend’s building to come over to make my repairs.

Hire someone who can make simple repairs and do them well
