Living and Missing
Pros
The three buildings look pretty and the common lawn is nice and big. A couple of the doormen are good.
Cons
It is very noisy. The elevators are extremely slow. The rent is seriously high compared to the services, amenities and features available. All the pictures in the ads are for amenities one has to pay for in addition to the rent.

Pretty Good Building
Pros
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and can’t really complain. The building is clean, the doormen and maintenance guys are lovely and it’s pet friendly.
Cons
Construction has been going on for over 2 years and is about to start up again. The building also faces a middle school so it’s loud during the day with recess and band rehearsal.
