Pros
great super beautiful apartments in wonderful neighborhood nice neighbors
Cons
massive landlording corporation that jacks up rent loud corner (but I dont mind!)

Great Super, Loud Block
Pros
A responsive super and a generally hassle-free building
Cons
The block itself is loud - lots of overnight idling trucks doing restaurant deliveries really disrupted by sleep.
Advice to the owners
better insulated windows (for both sound and temperature)
