Great place to live
Pros
Basically everything. We did have roaches, but mgmt was great and my exterminator was a cool guy, gave us good advice. Overall rocked
Cons
Tough approval process not a ton of units available some of the floorplans have weird long hallways that feel dated

Co-op application process is long There are roaches, but the building has a guy come through
