Great building but elevator is a key issue

Pros

Great super, nice lobby, some units are recently renovated, outdoor space on the roof, good laundry room

Cons

Elevator breaks very frequently, and only 1 elevator makes it inconvenient for anyone living on higher floors. Laundry room can smell sometimes due to proximity to trash

Pros

Prime location in Chelsea, quiet neighbors and street.

Cons

Expensive for what you get + gets dusty. In unit dryer doesn’t work too well.
